1. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to enforce the contract:
- Email Addresses: For communication, reminders, and legal notices.
- Contract Details: Goal, Nemesis name, Deadline, and Tier selection.
- Payment Information: Handled exclusively by Stripe. We never store your full card number. We store the Stripe Customer ID to process the penalty charge.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used strictly for contract enforcement:
- To send you deadline reminders.
- To contact your referee.
- To process the entry fee and, upon failure, the penalty payment.
- We do not sell your personal data.
3. Security
We store contract data securely using enterprise-grade database solutions. All payment information is encrypted and secured by Stripe, a Level 1 PCI-compliant service provider.
