Terms of Service

1. The Contract and Penalty

• By submitting a contract, you authorize a one-time charge for the non-refundable Entry Fee.
• You explicitly authorize a future penalty charge for the Risk amount to be executed only if your failure is confirmed by the referee on or after the deadline.
• The referee’s confirmation of failure or non-confirmation of completion by the deadline is final and binding.
• The penalty is irreversible once the referee confirms failure.

2. Dispute Resolution

SPITE CLUB acts only as a neutral third party to automate the commitment contract. We do not judge the quality of your goal or the fairness of the referee's decision. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to dispute the penalty charge with us or your bank based on the perceived validity of your failure or the referee's action/inaction.

3. Refunds

Entry Fees are non-refundable. Penalty fees are transferred to the designated recipient (Nemesis) or retained according to the contract terms. We do not offer refunds for failed goals. That is the point.
